You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, subject to the following:
- If you received the product in error, or the product was damaged in transit, B4 Brands will gladly pay for the return shipping cost and product replacement or issue a credit for the full invoice amount. 2. If the correct product was received in good condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
- Customized or private label items are not eligible for return.
** Distributors: If you have a customer wanting to return product please have them return it to your nearest distribution warehouse so you are able to resell the product. **
Prior to returning any product, please contact B4 Brands’ Customer Support at 319-455-3210 to process a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). You will receive an RGA number from Customer Support. Please mark the outside of the package with the RGA number and contact with whom you spoke to so that B4 Brands can provide proper credit.
Returns received by B4 Brands without an RGA number are subject to credit delay and rejection.
