Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is B4 Brands’ top priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us asap if you are dissatisfied in any way.

  • Due to COVID-19, many orders may NOT ship complete and may have items that are back-ordered due to availability of materials.  We will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Notice:  All Sales Final. B4 Brands reserves the right to deny any returns due to overstocking. Thank you for understanding during these challenging times.

Only exception:

You may return the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, subject to the following:

  • IF you received the product in error, or the product was damaged in transit, B4 Brands will gladly pay for the return shipping costs and product replacement or issue a credit for the full invoice amount.

***Customized or private label items are NOT eligible for return.***
